FREE Class on many aspects of model railroading. We will cover many topics like : Layout Planning, Benchwork, Track, DCC & DC Power systems, Scenery, Care of your locomotives & cars, Tools you will need in your modeling toolbox. This class is great if you are brand new in the hobby, maybe getting back in it after being out for many years and just want to learn more about the model railroading before purchasing items.
We will start promptly at 9 am Saturday April 5th. We will have a quick break during class but we do have a lot to cover. We will end at 12:00 pm. We will have a few items for guest to take home with them as well at the end. We have hosted this class for many years and it a great starting point for getting started in model railroading. The Piedmont Division of the National Model Railroad Association is hosting and North Atlanta Rail Baron members of the area will be teaching. Many years of experienced modelers will be providing you with great information. We look forward having you learn with us.
