The Piedmont Division serves the Atlanta, Georgia area within the Southeastern Region of the National Model Railroad Association. The National Model Railroad Association is the largest organization devoted to the development, promotion, and enjoyment of the hobby of model railroading.

The Piedmont Division is proud to participate in Railroad Rendezvous at the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History. The Kids Operating Layout will be running and the membership table staffed for visitors to learn more about our organization.

Atlanta Railroads Prototype Modelers Meet

The Piedmont Division will be participating in the Atlanta Railroads Prototype Modelers (RPM) Meet, to be hosted by the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History, September 19 & 20, 2014.  RPM meets welcome all model railroaders interested in replicating prototype railroad locomotive, rolling stock, structures and locations.  

At this time,  Piedmont Division members are scheduled to conduct clinics and open  prototype-based home layouts to RPM meet attendees.  Check back often for more details.
