2. Buy and sell at your own risk. Piedmont Division, the NMRA, and any affiliated organizations are not liable for any transaction on these forums. Enter into transactions at your own risk.
3. If you don’t personally know the user, check their post history prior to agreeing to a transaction.
4. Once you have sold an item, please mark your transaction as sold.
5. Don’t use replies to advertise your own items. Create a new post.
6. Running auctions are not permitted. You must include a listing price for the item being sold.
7. Commercial posts and advertising of goods or services other than the sale of pre-owned products by individuals are not permitted and will be removed.
8. Keep posts related to model railroading. Unrelated items may be removed at the moderator’s discretion.
