Clinic:  John Bost presents "An Exercise in Scratchbuilding with Styrene."  The subject of this was to explain technique, gluing and construction of a moderately difficult industrial centrifugal fan used on the roofs of most large industrial buildings (ie plants, mills, hospitals, et al). This model is circa 1940-1950s.  Starting with sheet plastic and ending with it painted (weathered slightly) and mounted to a depressed center flat car.  I’ve built this in both HO and O ( for Steve Austin’s layout).  I would bring the finished examples.
